Whether you are keto, paleo, or just someone looking for a quality eating experience, grass fed and grass finished beef is the way to go. All Redtail beef is local, hormone & antibiotic free, and butchered at 27-29 months for the tenderest, most full-flavour eating experience possible. By ordering a whole beef, the cuts are really open to your choosing, as the animal is all yours. The only requirement here is that you are prepared with a deep freezer ready to store this entire delicious product! Orders are accepted year round but we don’t butcher until autumn. To guarantee this product and to help distribute payment for our customers we require a deposit to hold your order. This deposit is roughly 50% of your order total and the remainder of the cost will be billed to you after the meat is weighed.
